30 Minutes by car from Luxembourg-City, in the historic Valley of the 7 castles, this beautiful appartement - studio of 40 square meters expected a tenant in a really magnificent site. It is a large room with fully equipped kitchen and a small bath in a separate room. In addition, there is an attic half as large as the appartement. The small village of Simmer / Septfontaines where the appartement is has a direct bus line for Luxembourg-City every hour (-45 min). The surrounding are calm and enchanting countryside with woods and medows. It is ideally for a single person. You will be asked for proof of income or a signed employment contract.
