within ernst & young's assurance service line, financial accounting advisory services (faas) professionals provide advisory services encompassing accounting and regualtory support on accounting change and special matters; accounting processes and controls support; gaap conversion and implementation; ipo and other public offering assistance; on call financial reporting advice; and transaction accounting and financial reporting assistance (purchase price allocation).the knowledge of luxembourg gaap is a plus.

you hold a university dergee in econmoics, accoutnancy or equiavlent.and loacl leagl and regulatory requierments

seniors/managers (m/f)
your client responsibilities:
delivering value to the client by providing knowledge, ideas and solutions for improving the business and streamline processes
assist client with ifrs related matters: conversions, new standards.
accounting assistance and due diligence
transaction accounting and financial assistance
assistance on initial public offering, mergers & acquisitions and business combination projects
accounting and regulatory support
accounting processes and control support
ifrs trainings and presentations
client management.
you have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an execution focus.consultancy, accounting or ifrs,
you have 3- 5 years of work experience in the audit.professionalism and competence in all interactions with the client.you demonstrate strong ownership as well as autonomy,
you are able to manage a team.
you have very good knowledge of ifrs.
