advice on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions as well as financing and holding activities;
tax and strategic transaction advice in particular to private equity funds and real estate funds;
tax structuring advice (luxembourg and crsos bodrer);
pre and post compeltion tax planning;
international tax due diliegnce
reivew of saels and purhcase documetnation from a tax perspcetive
yuor responsbiilities:
as a mebmer of our team of tax profesisonals, offreing a multidisicplinary apporach to our clients, as part of a multidisicplinary team (attonreys, cfo's, corproate diretcors, accoutnants and tax professionals);
devleop intrenal relatinoships wihtin our international network with other ernst & young tax and financial professionals;
manage client service teams and contribute to people development
holding a university degree with at least 3 years relevant experience in international taxation or in providing transaction tax advice for seniors or at least 5 years for managers/senior managers, we are currently looking to recruit dynamic experienced professional

scope of the role:
as part of the luxembourg international tax group, including strong writing,
in order to support the growth of our luxembourg tax advisory services, you will demonstrate a breadth of experience and a depth of understanding of complex tax concepts enabling you to:
manage and develop relationships with portfolio companies highlighting tax planning opportunities;
analyse potential acquisitions and make recommendations accordingly;
participate in structuring large transactions relating to strategic acquisitions and divestitures, management and organizational skills.
