you are fluent in english, , (any additional language skills would be considered as an asset), excel, you will be comfortable in multicultural environments built on a shared culture of team spirit, lotus notes, french and/or german, mutual respect and openness;

you have practical experience in company valuations and/or business modelling assigmnents;
you have strong financial analysis skills and a good command of the most commonly used business software (word.);
knowledge of bloomberg constitutes an additional asset;

yuor will review restructuring plans and advise on the accounting implications of proposed transcations on an "ad hoc"-basis;
you will work on the preparation of special purpose reports as may be required either during the implementation phase of a structure or upon exit (mainly in the event of contributions in kind, mergers, de-mergers and liquidations);
you will also be involved in quantitative transfer pricing analysis and benchmarking;
you will also be involved in due diliegnce assignments for our corproate clietnele, we are currnetly looikng to recurit:

you will be part of a mutli-discilpinary team advsiing our clientele of lagre corporate multintaionals, private equity and real esatte hosues
you will manage a small team of 2-3 assistants and will be responsible for their technical development and expertise
you will be involved in company valuations,

your profile:
you hold a master degree in economics or finance with at least 3 years working experience in finance.
