1 cusotmer care consultant ( m/f))
the customer care center handles customer compalints, following the standard customer complaint process to meet customer response time target and cost/complaint target. flexible and problem solving minded, highly team oriented.based on factual analysis, decide on outcome of complaints.maintain appropriate documentation and reporting to enable and monitor corrective actions and measure key performance metrics
the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
