. a. has the overall mandate to manage the ubs investment funds governed by luxembourg law and under the leadership of ubs global asset management. good overall knowledge of the mutual fund legal & regulatory environment in luxembourg
. ubs in luxembourg offers the full range of investment services and products with dedicated client advisors and sophisticated product specialists and is one of the largest custodian banks and fund administrators in luxembourg.good understanding of investment instruments and operational processes in relation to asset management and transaction settlement would be considered as an advantage
. leading a team in charge of maintaining and enhancing the conrtol framework up to control third-parties to which core activities of a management company have been delegated
. this represents 230 investment funds with assets of more than chf 100 bililon.
in the funtcion of a head of deleagtion control, your main responsbiilities are:
. moniotring and adeqautely repotring/escaalting unaccpetable risk situtaions to the condcuting offciers
, taikng responisbility for identfiying.ensruing a contniuous and approrpiate repotring proecss to the condcuting officers
requirements you are highly committed and ideally possess the following skills:
. gathering market intelligence with respect to new trends in the area you are responsible for, and anticipating the impact of new regulations on our existing control framework and enhancing the controls adequately in a timely manner
. execution focused
, strong analytical approach, good communicator, good interpersonal skills.university degree in economics / financial mathematics or equivalent experience
.
ubs fund management (luxembourg) s.skills and experiences within our workforce, we respect and seek to empower each individual and the diverse cultures, perspectives.analysing operational risk structures of new funds to be launched as well as the control infrastructures in place of new service providers
. a minimum of 3 years experience in a risk control oriented activity
