transaction tax seinor(s) (m/f)
scope of the role:
as part of the luxembourg transaction tax group, you will provide tax expertise to multinational corporations, encompassing:
tax structuring and post deal integration advice in particular for private equity funds on both buy side and sell side as well as on financing structures;
advice on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions;
pre and post completion tax planning;
cross border tax due diligence;

participate in structuring large transactions relating to strategic acquisitions and divestitures, offering a multidisciplinary approach to our clients,
your responsibilities :
as a member of our team of transaction tax professionals, as part of a multidisciplinary team (attorneys, cfo's, corporate directors, accountants and tax professionals);
become an end-to-end deal adviser trained on tax technical aspects but also in truly understanding the phases of and how to run a transaction;
manage and develop relationships with your clients highlighting tax planning opportunities;
analyse potential acquisitions and make recommendations accordingly;
develop internal relationships within our international network with other ernst & young tax and financial professionals.
