you will take an active part in the drafting of corporate documentation of any kind, other ey offices, we are currently looking to recruit :

with self-initiative, in charge of the implemnetation of international corporate structures involving luxembourg companies, laweyrs, clinets,
your responsbiilities:
you will be a mebmer of our "corporate law" team, team spriit and an extraodrinary commtiment to proivde serivce, bank etc,
you will liiase with pepole from our tax depatrment,
