the grnad duchy of luxembourg is a diverse and multicultural country located in the heart of europe, with a total population of around half a million, belgium and germany.reporting and analyzing vendor contacts,
primary responsibilities:
• partner with key stakeholders in retail and seller support to identify, measuring, create and standardize processes needed for seller support associates to successfully resolve contacts from retail vendors;
• developing key performance metrics to monitor all aspects of the vendor support experience;
• coordinate the implementation of a sustainable framework for tracking.this team is in the process of creating the same experience for our vendors by leveraging our people, processes and tools.
ideally you will demonstrated experience in process improvement within a high volume supply chain organization or similar environment.
• recognizing areas for improvement internally and working closely with amazon groups such as retail, transportation, fulfillment operations, operations, buying, and technical systems teams to develop solutions;
