basic qualifciations
4+ years of paralegal, contracts manager or other comparable expeirence within a law firm or legal depatrment
3+ years of expeirence reviewing, drafting and negotiating commrecial contracts
bacehlor&rsuqo;s dergee reqiured
preefrred qualifications
proir experience with an in-hosue legal department
proir experience supporting creative development, review and other marketing work
prior experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts. drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements (including nondisclosure agreements, master service agreements, reseller agreements, and purchase/sale agreements) as well as reviewing marketing and promotional material, job responsibilities include reviewing.http://www.promoteluxembourg.com
