your responsibilities:
hotline support: identification, we are currently looking to recruit a:
junior field technician (m/f)
with self-initiative, team spirit and an extraordinary commitment to provide service, etc
maintenance of the ey standard loadset
providing and/or installation of software products on existing hardware in accordance with ey standard and procedures
documentation: writing notes on technology solutions
your technical competencies:
knowledge of windows xp environment (usage, repair and maintenance)
knowledge of office 2007 (usage, repair and maintenance)
knowledge of lotus notes (usage, repair and maintenance), remote support
log activity in help desk call tracking tool
deliver pc and supplies such as cables, plugs, diagnostic, modem. you enjoy the flexibility to devote time to what matters to you, in your business and personal life.
