further to the rapid expansion of our team and increasing demand from multinational companies for quality tax services, you will participate in diversified projects with clients either on commercial & industrial services or on financial services in the field of:
tax advsiory services to companies with inbound operations;
tax due diligence in the context of merges and acquisitions;
tax accrual reviews as part of audit missions;
advisory services in relation to transfer pricing;
advisory services in relation to tax risk management;
tax reporting services and holding entities, for
corporate tax seniors/managers (m/f)

yuor proifle:
experience of at lesat 3 for seniors, at lesat 5 yeras for managers in luxembourg corporate taxtaion;
solid knowledge about luxembourg tax legislation and tax reporting procedures;
knowledge of income tax reporting rules under us gaap and ifrs would be an asset;
bac 4/5 in economics or accounting with income tax expertise;
you are fluent in english and french, skills in other languages such as german or luxemburgish would be an asset;
you display the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment, to appropriately manage and organize quality task performances as well as to meet deadlines;
